WHAT IS FREEZE-DRIED CANDY?
Freeze drying, or 'lyophilization', is a dehydration process that involves freezing a product and lowering the pressure to remove all of the water.
After freeze drying, the candy is transformed into an inflated, bubbly, and crunchy version of the original product, with intensely concentrated flavour.
